Welcome to Pink Energy Productions! By booking services, accessing your gallery, or using any content provided by Pink Energy Productions, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Booking

1.1 Scope of Services

Pink Energy Productions offers creative photography, content creation, and digital media services, including but not limited to:

  • Photoshoots

  • Event coverage

  • Digital galleries

  • Custom creative projects

1.2 Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before final delivery.

  • Payment methods accepted: [Insert Payment Options, e.g., PayPal, Venmo, Ko-fi, etc.].

2. Digital Gallery & Downloads

2.1 Access & Usage

  • Clients will receive a private gallery link and, if applicable, a PIN for downloading high-resolution images.

  • The gallery may remain available for a limited time, after which Pink Energy Productions is not responsible for storing or re-sharing the files.

2.2 Download & Sharing Guidelines

  • Best Practices: Download using the provided PIN for high-quality resolution rather than screenshotting.

  • You may share your gallery link on social media for visibility.

  • Personal Use License: You may post and share images for non-commercial purposes, with credit to Pink Energy Productions (@Jadedisland).

  • Commercial Use: If you wish to use the content for business, branding, or resale purposes, additional licensing may be required. Please contact Jade@Jadedisland.com for inquiries.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made by Pink Energy Productions.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot may incur a fee.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the final images, minor retouches or adjustments may be requested, but refunds will not be issued for completed work.

4. Rights & Ownership

4.1 Creator’s Rights

  • All photos and digital content remain the intellectual property of Pink Energy Productions unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Pink Energy Productions retains the right to use images for portfolio, promotional, and social media purposes, unless the client has explicitly requested privacy.

4.2 Client’s Rights

  • Clients have the right to use, share, and print their images for personal use only.

  • Clients may not alter, edit, or resell the images without written permission.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • Pink Energy Productions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or corrupted files after delivery. Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.

  • Force Majeure Clause: If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, illness, or equipment failure) prevent the completion of a project, the client will be given the option to reschedule or receive a partial refund.

6. Community & Support

  • Referrals and social media shares are greatly appreciated and help Pink Energy Productions grow!

  • If you wish to support my work, tips can be sent via Ko-fi—but they are never expected!
